ISW Document Manager :
This service organizes, stores and retrieves the documents in the context of the projects. It allows to upload any type of existing document and insert it into the database . It also manages the creation, the naming and the retrieving of all company’s documents, by seamlessly downloading template documents from the i-SuperWiz server, launching the locally installed matching application, merging (MS Word or Excel mainly) and naming the new document in regard with the database rules. Once the user is over with his work on the document, it is seamlessly uploaded to the i-Superwiz server and erased from the local machine. Documents are linked to projects, users, type of document and can be searched at 360°.

ISW Directory Manager :
This service automates the import, export and creation of seamlessly organized sets of searchable directories. They can be customized at the company’s requirements .

Directories contain third party cards of all kind Customers, Suppliers, Employees, Helpdesk, subcontractors and more - and their related contacts.

Directories are used for CRM purpose as they are searchable at 360° and automatically related to all other tables
of the company’s database ( contacts, projects, documents, tasks, emails, sub-tables of any kind.
